Welcome New Year! Bring on 2018!! As we enter 2018, I find myself writing a list of my intentions for the upcoming year. I will be the first to admit that this can be an overwhelming process. Don’t write too little or you might not grow…don’t write too much or you are sure to fail…be specific…do all the things… I think you know where I am going with this. So, with all of this in mind, it occurred to me that maybe 2018 should be more about learning balance. I am still going to write my list and I am going to do my best to try and be true to it as I am making a list of things I really want. But, I am going to try very hard to do it in a way that leaves me feeling full and happy inside, not scattered and overwhelmed. Bring on 2018! Scary goals, self improvement, all the things.
