Project 42 Running was in all the houses this past weekend. You know, kicking booty and taking names!!
At the The Pistol Ultra Run in Tennessee,
Rockstar Kirsten Jones ran a 50k and 50 mile PR on the way to a personal distance record and a 100k finish.
Speedy Mary Deane Davis ran a 14:10 – 100k and won her age group.
And the AMAZING and always delightful Joy Sandoz ran a 50k, 50 mile, and 100 Mile PR!!
Meanwhile, in Columbus, Ga
Michelle Furney ran her “best 13.1 ever” (her words) at the Columbus Roadrunners Free Half Marathon on Saturday and then turned around and ran a super speedy race at the Big Dog Fleet Feet St. Paddy’s Day 5k on Saturday night.
Stan Sanders did more of the same! CRR half by morning and 5k by night. Oh, and Stan’s 5k just so happened to be a PR for him!
Moving over to Lithia Springs, GA
The very talented Leigh Chestnutt ran 44 speedy trail miles during the Yeti Trail Runners 7/11 on Saturday.
Kelly Wilson ran 20 trail miles and is still planning on running tonight. (Right Kelly)!
The very sweet Jennifer Crozier ran 20 miles as well, and this is after a long break for some much needed R&R.
And Last but not least, Ronnie Roberson ran 20 miles, three months after knee surgery. How is that for coming back strong!
Finally, in Atlanta Georgia,
Jay Jay Williams Ran a P.R. Publix Marathon! You should know that she did not PR by a little!!
Betsy Goslin ran a 4:06 Marathon which just happens to be a PR for her!
Erin Golden Barbely ran the full marathon, way ahead of her chosen goal pace and finished with a giant smile on her face! (as always)

Distance Program Runners Kayleigh Andreason and Katherine Hamilton finished their very FIRST MARATHON!!!!!
